Day 1 Airport - Amman

Upon your arrival, you will be collected from Queen Alia International Airport and taken to your hotel in Amman. The remainder of the day will be spent unwinding at the hotel. You will spend the night at your hotel in Amman.

Day 2 Amman - Jerash - Ajlun Castle - Amman City - Amman

After enjoying a complimentary breakfast at your Amman hotel, your adventure commences with a one-hour drive from Amman to Jerash, known as the 'Pompeii of the Middle East'. This well-preserved Greco-Roman city boasts attractions such as the oval plaza, temples, theatres, Arch of Hadrian, and more.

Next on the itinerary is a visit to Ajlun Castle, perched 1250 meters above sea level. This 12th-century fortress, constructed during Saladin's reign, offers breathtaking views of the Jordan Valley and the desert.

In the afternoon, explore Amman, the capital city, starting with the Amman Citadel overlooking the old city. This historic site is a cherished destination in Jordan. Nearby, the Amman Roman Theatre, over 2000 years old, once accommodated 5000 spectators and continues to host events. Afterwards, take a leisurely stroll in the vibrant downtown area, Al Balad, abundant with gift shops, cafes, restaurants, a fresh produce market, and a gold souq. Don't miss the opportunity to taste the renowned Jordanian dessert, ‘Kunafeh’. Finally, return to your Amman hotel for the night.

Day 3 Amman - Madaba - Mt Nebo - Bethany - Petra

After enjoying a complimentary breakfast at your hotel in Amman, you will be taken to Madaba, the holy city, to witness the 'Mosaic Map', a 6th-century map preserved in the Greek Orthodox Basilica of Saint George. Next, you will head to Mount Nebo, a place believed to be where Moses saw the Promised Land. Then, you will visit ‘Bethany beyond the Jordan’, considered to be the baptismal site of Jesus Christ, a significant destination for Christians in Jordan.

Traveling south on a highway, you will explore Karak Castle, constructed in 1142, one of the largest Crusader castles in the region, before continuing to Petra. In Petra, you can relax at your hotel for the rest of the day. For a unique experience, you may want to consider participating in a hot air balloon ride or attending the Petra by Night show (additional cost). Spend the night at a hotel in Petra.

Day 4 Petra - Wadi Rum

Enjoy a complimentary breakfast at your hotel in Petra before embarking on a guided tour of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Explore Petra, inhabited since 7000 BC, with highlights such as the iconic Treasury building at the end of the narrow Siq passage.

Discover the Royal Tombs, Theatre, City Centre, temples, and climb the 900 steps to reach the Monastery building atop the rock mountain.

An alternative route is available for those who prefer not to climb many steps.

In the afternoon, depart Petra for Wadi Rum desert, a landscape known for its soaring rocks and red sands.

Relax at a deluxe desert camp and opt for a camel ride to witness the sunset (additional cost).

Enjoy a Bedouin Barbecue dinner and engage in post-dinner activities with Bedouin families or stargaze under the night sky.

Overnight at a comfortable deluxe camp in Wadi Rum.

Day 5 Wadi Rum - Aqaba

Consider enjoying a sunrise hot air balloon ride in Wadi Rum (at an additional cost) or kick off your day with a buffet breakfast at the camp before embarking on a 2-hour desert tour in Wadi Rum by 4W Jeep. Discover the stunning landscapes and historical sites, including the rock cave that once housed 'Lawrence of Arabia'. Later, leave the Wadi Rum camp for Aqaba, the only coastal town in the southern part of Jordan, renowned for its crystal-clear blue waters. Engage in snorkeling or diving activities, or opt for a glass-bottom boat ride to observe the well-preserved coral reefs if you prefer staying dry. Spend the night at a hotel in Aqaba.

Day 6 Aqaba - Ma’in Hot Springs - Dead Sea

Following a complimentary breakfast at your hotel in Aqaba, you will be taken to Ma’in Hot Springs in approximately 4 hours. Renowned for its natural hot springs and waterfalls, Ma’in Hot Springs is known for its healing properties due to the various mineral contents in the water. Enjoy soaking in the hot springs or the resort hotel's swimming pool while relishing lunch. Later in the day, head to the Dead Sea resort. Unwind at the resort or opt to float in the salt lake and capture the classic image of reading a newspaper or book while floating. Catch the breathtaking sunset at the Dead Sea before spending the night at a luxurious resort.

Day 7 Dead Sea - Airport

After savoring the complimentary buffet breakfast at your Dead Sea resort, you have the option to spend the morning either swimming in the resort pool or enjoying another soak in the Dead Sea. Later, check-out is at noon, and transportation back to Queen Alia International Airport will be provided.
